Morbidelli T502X: Built for the Long Way Around

Jan 19, 2026
Adventure is not always about leaving everything behind. Sometimes, it starts right where everyday life ends. The Morbidelli T502X is designed for riders who want real-world versatility without sacrificing the thrill of exploration. Balanced, capable, and fully equipped, it’s a motorcycle built to go further in every sense.
From daily commuting to long-distance journeys and off-road detours, the T502X adapts naturally to every riding scenario.

Power designed for distance

At the core of the T502X is a 494 cc parallel-twin engine, delivering 47 hp and 45 Nm of torque. Smooth and predictable, it offers confident performance across a wide range of riding conditions. Paired with a 6-speed gearbox and slip-assist clutch, power delivery remains fluid and controlled, even during long hours in the saddle.

Thanks to an 18-liter fuel tank and an efficient 4.1 L/100 km consumption, the T502X delivers an impressive range of up to 440 km, allowing riders to push further with fewer interruptions.

Adventure-ready by design

Built around a high-strength diamond-type steel frame, the T502X delivers rigidity, stability, and confidence whether riding solo or fully loaded. With a curb weight of 210 kg, it strikes a careful balance between robustness and manageability.

Adventure readiness comes straight from the factory. The T502X is equipped with a skid plate, central stand, handguards, and crash bars, making it ready for real exploration without aftermarket additions. An 830 mm seat height, wide handlebar, upright riding position, and adjustable windscreen ensure comfort and control over long distances.

Confidence across every surface

The long-travel suspension setup features a 43 mm inverted front fork with 180 mm travel and a rear shock with linkage and adjustable preload. This configuration absorbs broken pavement, gravel roads, and soft terrain with ease, maintaining stability and comfort throughout the ride.

Braking performance is handled by J.Juan ventilated discs with Bosch ABS, complemented by dual riding modes. Standard Mode delivers full ABS intervention, while Off-Road Mode disables rear ABS, allowing seamless adaptation when the surface changes.

Grip and durability come from Pirelli Scorpion Trail STR tubeless tires, mounted on spoked wheels sized 19” front and 17” rear, ensuring reliable traction on both paved and unpaved routes.

Technology that travels with you

At the center of the cockpit sits a 7-inch vertical TFT display, designed for rally-inspired visibility and clarity. Through Morbidelli Connect, riders gain access to smartphone navigation projection, TPMS, Bluetooth connectivity, and real-time ride information.

The system also includes advanced safety and travel features such as a handlebar-mounted SOS button, vibration and motion alerts, real-time tracking, and remote engine shutdown, all accessible via the Morbidelli Connect app with 1-year free access included. USB-C charging and backlit switches complete a cockpit built for modern adventure.

Lighting the way forward

A full LED lighting system with DRL, dual projectors, and LED signals ensures maximum visibility in all conditions. Whether riding at night, in traffic, or off the beaten path, the T502X remains clearly visible and unmistakable on the road.

Ready for the journey ahead

For extended travel, the T502X supports the optional Morbidelli aluminum case system, including a 45 L top case and side panniers (45 L left, 40 L right). Built from 5754 aluminum, reinforced with nylon components and rated IPX5 waterproof, the system offers a total capacity of 130 liters, making it ideal for long adventures and two-up touring.

Beyond the everyday

The Morbidelli T502X is not just designed to handle distance. It’s built to redefine what everyday riding can become. From city streets to rugged trails, it delivers confidence, comfort, and the freedom to explore without compromise.
