Morbidelli’s participation in the Champions Charity Race Rally at EICMA 2025 delivered two days of pure adrenaline and emotion, with a purpose that went beyond the thrill of competition: supporting a charitable cause through the shared passion for motorcycles.

A different kind of race lit up the MotoLive arena on Thursday and Friday, November 6 and 7, experienced with courage and authenticity by Team Azzurrorosa riders Mirco Bettini and Tommaso Bettini. This marked Morbidelli’s first official competitive entry since the brand’s rebirth. The Charity Race Rally is an official off-road challenge recognized by the Italian Motorcycle Federation, and Morbidelli chose to face it with the spirit of discovery and adventure that defines the T502X.

Mirco Bettini Opens Thursday’s Race with the T502X

First on the track was Mirco Bettini, riding the Morbidelli T502X in a race where rankings mattered less than real action and solidarity. With its 486 cc twin-cylinder engine, 47.6 hp, 19"/17" wheels, and long-travel suspension, the T502X once again proved its versatility. The model raced in nearly full stock configuration, equipped with street-approved tires and only minimal modifications — a custom full exhaust system being the only standout change.

Mirco’s precise riding style highlighted the bike’s potential, even outside its typical environment, confirming its stability, control, and sharp engine response.

Tommaso Bettini Wins the First Elimination Round

The following day, the track turned blue with the entry of Tommaso Bettini. Young, energetic, and determined, Tommaso treated every curve as an invitation to push further, turning the track into his own playground.

His intense and captivating performance led him to win Friday’s first elimination race — a result made even more significant given that he too rode a T502X that was 99% stock.
